How are you doing? Today, was my 6th day as a vegetarian. Although nothing different happened today, I am very happy with my accomplishments so far. I am really looking forward to the next couple of days and I am prepared for challenges and tests. Right now, if I could choose a word to define what I am feeling I would choose capable because I am extremely prepared for the next weeks.

Diet Plan
Breakfast: A grilled-cheese sandwich.
Lunch: Pasta, rice, beans, carrots, tomatoes, bread and lettuce.
Dinner: Pasta and cheese.
