How are you doing? Today, was my second vegetarian day! Although it is just the second day of my month-long journey, I believe I am going to succeed. I do not feel a need to eat meat (For most parts of the day). Just like yesterday, during lunch, I felt a slight wish to eat a little piece of chicken, but, consequently, I walked away, knowing that if I ate any type of meat during this month it would ruin my whole project. Other than that situation during lunch, I have had no problems on being a vegetarian. Right now, if I could choose a word to define how I am feeling about project, I would choose confident.

Diet Plan:
Breakfast: Slice of banana cake and orange juice.
Lunch: Rice, beans, bread, mashed potatoes, and tomatoes.
Dinner: Past with cheese sauce.
