How are you doing? Today was my 21st day as a vegetarian and I am extremely happy. The countdown has begins today! There are officially only 10 more days left! I was paste a picture with the countdown everyday so you guys can know how many days I still have left for the next couple of posts.! I am extremely excited.

Diet Plan
Breakfast: Bread with Nutella.
Lunch: Rice, beans, bread, risotto, eggs, and tomatoes.
Dinner: Rice and beans.
