How are you doing? Today, was my 20th day as a vegetarian and I am extremely excited. Starting tomorrow, my "10 day countdown" will begin. I really look forward for these last final days. Let's finish this off in style, shall we?

Breakfast: Whole-wheat lettuce sandwich.
Lunch: Potatoes, lentils, rice, beans, lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, and bread.
Dinner: Rice and beans.
