May 8th - 3rd Day

Dear Audience,

                    How are you doing? Today was my third day as a vegetarian and it was not really different from the others. I am confident about my project and I am excited for the next 27 days. Right now, the only thing I really miss is eating sausages and sushi, since they are my two favorite meals. Today at lunch, I saw my friend, Matheus, eating sausages and I immediately became jealous (haha). One item of great importance that I have learned during the this project is to eat a lot during the main meals of the day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), therefore you do not consume unnecessary "snacks". For example: a couple of weeks ago, before this project started, I did not eat enough food during lunch, but when I got home I stuffed myself with candy and junk food, causing me to eat tons of undesirable calories. When you eat enough food during the main meals of the day, you will not feel hungry during the evening! Thereupon, my advice is to eat a decent amount of food during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Diet Plan:

Breakfast: Cheese sandwich and orange juice.

Lunch: Rice, beans, pasta with alfredo sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and eggs.

Dinner: Rice, tomato sauce, and broccoli.
