How are you doing? The battle has begun! Today was my first day as a vegetarian! In general, I feel very confident with what is happening in my life right now and, as a first impression, I think that eating meat is not a very big part of my life after all! Today, I felt a slight wish to eat a piece of chicken at lunch, but I controlled myself and walked away instantaneously. I believe that this 30 day project will be successful because I wholeheartedly trust my discipline.

Here are the pictures of what I ate today. Let's call this section of my posts "Diet Plan", shall we?
Diet Plan:
Breakfast: Whole-wheat cheese sandwich and a cup of coffee
Lunch: Rice, beans, polenta (Typical Brazilian food made out of corn-kind of like a french-fry), carrots, small eggs and lettuce.
Dinner: Extremely ugly pizza/bread with tomatoes and lots of cheese
