May 12th - 7th Day

Dear Audience,

                    How are you doing? Today, I went to the doctor to check if my health was o.k, allowing me to continue this project. Happily, I am completely fine. My doctor just suggested that I ate plenty protein. He approves my idea and adores my blog. I will not stop!

Diet Plan
Breakfast: Grilled-cheese sandwich.

Lunch: Rice, beans, carrots, and potatoes.

Dinner: Pasta, beans, and broccoli.
