May 27th - 22nd Day

Dear Audience,

                    How are you doing? Today, was my 27th day as a vegetarian and it was normal. I had no challenges not eating meat today, whatsoever. I hope more days like this happen so I don't need to have the feeling that I "crave" meat. Anyways, as of right now I am fine and excited for the next 9 days! One concern I am having is the fact that my family and I are going to eat nachos this Saturday and, unfortunately, the nachos we eat here have tons of ground meat (or minced meat, whatever you want to call it). Today is my second day with the countdown. I fell sense success in this project! We officially only have 9 more days



Only 9 days left!

Diet Plan

Breakfast: Whole-wheat grilled cheese sandwich.

Lunch: Pasta, rice, beans, bread, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.


Dinner: Pumpkin sauce/cream thing, mashed potatoes, and rice.
